This internship focuses on relationship-building, screening, and pipeline management, with daily coaching from experienced recruiters. You’ll develop practical skills in outreach, candidate screening, and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled college student pursuing sales or related field.

Aufgaben

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions.
• Source candidates through job boards and databases.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities.

• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for openings.
• Keep candidate records up to date.
• Work toward activity and production goals with coaching.
