• Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Concrete Industry Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to take initiative and work independently, showing a proactive approach to tasks.
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• 80% field, 20% office daily.
• Work within the field, typically client construction sites.
• On-site manager during concrete placements.
• Assist and support the sales manager and sales team in day-to-day activities.
• Observe and learn about sales strategies, techniques, and customer interactions.
• Take on tasks assigned by the sales team, such as preparing presentations or conducting market research.
• Gain hands-on experience by interacting with clients and managing leads.
