Job summary

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is seeking a 2027 Intern - Quality Control to support QC processes during a 12-week summer program. You will gain hands-on experience with data collection, documentation, and process improvements in a regulated environment, working 40 hours per week onsite.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in life sciences programs (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology) and able to legally work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a life sciences degree (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or related).
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for a 12-week summer period.
• Able to read, understand, and apply SOPs in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control activities through data collection, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with laboratory systems, databases, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze, organize, and document data to support projects and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to team projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards while completing assigned projects and presenting results.
