Catalent Internship — 2027 Intern, Technical Writing (PD, DS) in Madison, WI onsite. You will assist with maintaining document templates, improving formatting standards, and supporting documentation processes in a biologics environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience with Word-based tools, and contribute to drafting efficiency while learning about quality and safety standards in a GMP setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field with an interest in writing.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period over the summer.
• Previous internship, laboratory, manufacturing, research, or professional experience in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Individual may be required to sit, stand, and walk regularly.
• Individual may occasionally be required to lift up to 5 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance document templates, formatting standards, and document management systems.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to increase drafting efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Word-based tools, macros, and related applications.
• Collaborate with technical writers and cross-functional teams to improve documentation processes and user experience.
• Manage documentation records, support project execution, and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality, and safety standards.
