Job summary

Catalent is seeking a 2027 Intern - Process Development, Downstream at its Madison, Wisconsin site. This 12-week, full-time internship focuses on supporting downstream purification experiments, data analysis, and documentation in a state-of-the-art biologics facility.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting project updates, and maintaining safety and quality records while learning essential lab processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university.
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period over the summer.

Responsibilities

• Support downstream process development through purification experiments and technology evaluations.
• Collect, analyze, and document experimental data with accurate records.
• Contribute to laboratory operations, documentation, and process development systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide project updates.
