Job summary

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is a state‑of‑the‑art biologics development and manufacturing facility supporting customers from research through early‑ and mid‑stage clinical production. We have an opportunity for a 2027 Intern - Human Resources to join our team and support HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks during the summer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives across employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, documentation, and confidential information in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with onboarding, training, employee development programs, and engagement activities.
• Create employee communications, presentations, and educational materials for leaders and staff.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams on process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and administrative efficiencies.
• Complete assigned projects, present recommendations and results to stakeholders, and contribute ideas during team meetings.
