Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group in Massachusetts is seeking motivated students for its 10-week Summer Internship in Claims Property. You will work on meaningful projects, be mentored by experienced leaders, and participate in cross-functional team activities focused on corporate philanthropy.

During the program you will collect and analyze data, develop tools and reports, and present findings to management. This internship offers hands-on learning, networking, and a potential path to full-time

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Claims Property Analyst group.
• Develop tools, processes and reporting analytics to support business growth and needs.
• Collect, analyze and report data to meet customer needs.
• Create and present data and reports to articulate value to agent partners and customers.
• Provide accurate analytical support to ensure validated results.
• Summarize information and communicate analyses to internal partners in writing and verbally.
• Assist in projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
