Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking motivated students for a Summer Internship in State Management Analytics.

You will join a team that develops and enhances analytical tools to optimize agent-partner business, collect and report data to support customers, and contribute to reporting that articulates value to partners. During a 10-week program (June – mid August), you will collaborate, learn through weekly workshops, and potentially transition to full-time opportunities

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical skills to develop and enhance unique proprietary business tools driving optimization of agent partner performance.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs and support decision making.
• Assist in developing tools, processes and reporting analytics to support business growth.
• Communicate with customers, external partners and internal departments frequently.
