Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree program.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Marketing, sales, or customer service background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity and analytical skills.
• Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Auto Property Damage group within the Claims Department.
• Develop and enhance proprietary tools to optimize agent partner business.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs.
• Assist in developing tools, processes and reporting analytics in support of business growth and needs.
• Communicate with customers, external partners and internal departments frequently.
• Develop data and reports for field and customers to articulate value to agent partners and customers.
• Provide accurate analytical support to team, ensuring results are validated and accurate.
• Summarize information and effectively communicate analyses in writing and verbally to internal partners.
• Assist in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and present a final presentation for management and leadership at the close of the internship program.
