Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group in Massachusetts invites motivated college students to join our Summer Internship Program within Marketing for a hands-on, 10-week experience that links academic learning with real-world business impact.

You will work on meaningful projects, be mentored by leaders and subject-matter experts, participate in cross-functional team initiatives, and present results to management at the program's close.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program (full-time).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• Ability to commit to a 10-week full-time internship in the U.S.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Hanover Marketing efforts to present the company positively.
• Plan and assist programs that foster goodwill and external/community relations.
• Support Hanover Insurance Group Foundation programs.
• Assist and help lead employee/community programs (e.g., United Way).
• Help recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for external or internal activities.
• Contribute to project work: planning, requirements, workflow, data analysis, and presentations.
• Create and present a final management presentation highlighting summer achievements.
