Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program (preferably Insurance/Risk Mgmt).
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Full-time 10-week internship commitment.
• U.S. work eligibility (no sponsorship needed).
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate foundational claims handling knowledge and perform standard tasks.
• Apply core concepts under supervision to develop high-quality outcomes.
• Support fair, timely, and efficient claim resolution.
• Handle assignments of minimal to moderate complexity within limits.
• Collaborate with SIU on complex or questionable claims.
