WSFS Bank invites ambitious undergraduates to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program for 10 weeks of hands-on experience in Project Management within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). interns will support coordination, documentation, reporting, and process improvements while gaining exposure to portfolio management and technology/operations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with intent to return to studies after internship.
• Major in Business, CS, Finance, PM, or related field preferred.
• Must be able to participate in full-time program (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and documentation in the EPMO.
• Prepare status reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Support process improvements and project execution efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership across teams.
• Gain exposure to portfolio management and technology/operations functions.
