Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program for hands-on experience across bank departments. The 10-week paid internship includes mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development opportunities.

The Enterprise Learning & Change Management team will guide LMS administration tasks, reporting, and data visualization efforts, with opportunities to present to Senior Leaders and participate in volunteer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of college completed by May 2027 preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site up to 5 days/week.
• Comfort with in-person and virtual interviews and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist LMS administration: course configuration and learner enrollment management.
• Test system functionality, monitor user access, and troubleshoot issues.
• Update content and perform quality assurance reviews.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor KPIs.
