Job summary

Royal Technologies is seeking a Project Engineering intern for the upcoming summer (2026) at our Hudsonville, MI facility. You will join a launch team to work hands-on on a project, gaining exposure to 3D data review, feasibility assessments, tool design reviews, and process development.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering (plastics preferred), can work up to 45 hours per week onsite, and must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related field, preferably plastics.
• Ability to work up to 45 hours per week onsite at our Hudsonville facility.
• Must communicate effectively - written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• 3D data review
• Completing feasibility assessments
• Reviewing tool design
• Completing process development activities
• Dimensional verification
• Post-grain approval activities
• Testing activities
• Attending customer build events
• Participating in internal project team meetings

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related field (plastics preferred)
