Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) offers a 10–12 week Internship Program designed to expose students to CEI''s core markets: Commercial, Data Center, and Energy & Renewables.

The program supports real projects, field integration, and connections with project teams across multiple states including Utah, Ohio, and New Mexico. Participants will gain hands-on experience by supporting project managers and executives, learning production coordination, and engaging with field, engineering, and design

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current student studying Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Experience: 0 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Phase: Create a bid strategy, obtain quotations, and draft proposal letters.
• Pre-Construction: Negotiate terms, draft budget and schedule, plan with production team for efficiency and logistics.
• Construction: Manage materials, submittals, change orders, logs, vendors and subcontractors; draft RFIs and notices.
• Closeout: Compile closeout documents, commissioning and return of excess materials.
