Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current student studying Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• 0 years of experience required; no sponsorship for work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Estimate Phase: create bid strategy, obtain quotations, write proposals letters.
• Pre-Construction: negotiate terms, draft budget and schedule, coordinate with production team.
• Construction: manage materials, submittals, change orders, and logs; monitor cost and safety.
• Closeout: organize closeout documents, commissioning, return surplus materials.
