Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior or senior in college with GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Able to work 38.75 hours per week.
• Area of study in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to apply STAR interviewing approach.
• Interest in Agile and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative functions supporting planning, execution and evaluation of projects.
• Serve as business owner or customer proxy to define and prioritize user stories in the backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure backlog items reflect business needs and deliver value to end users.
• Translate product features and user requirements into actionable stories.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software.
