Job summary

You will gain exposure to multiple areas, network, and receive coaching from analytics teams. You will analyze business data, help define questions and metrics, and contribute to process improvements using AI tools under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student in a 4-year college and graduate in Aug 2027 or later.
• Pursuing a data analytics, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, information systems, CS, or business degree.
• Strong analytical reasoning, curiosity, motivation and collaboration.
• Experience with SQL or data-querying; visualization experience; responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business, culture and structure to support your work.
• Contribute ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
• Support a defined subset of Home Central subregion, product, or project work under the direction of an analyst or manager, including clarifying the question, audience, scope, metrics, assumptions, and limitations.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, monitoring, or workflow documentation efforts that improve quality, consistency, repeatability or efficiency.
• Evaluate defined views, data outputs, or business trends; identify notable movement or discrepancies; validate results; and draft concise commentary or recommendations.
• Research competitive, market, product performance, or operational signals and separate sourced facts from interpretation.
• Use approved AI and analytics tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Everyday AI) with human validation for final work.
