Job summary

Novelis in Warren, OH is offering a on-site Process Engineering internship for approximately 12 weeks this summer. The intern will work closely with Process Leaders and Process Engineers on projects focused on quality, process improvements, and customer centricity.

The role provides hands-on industry experience, exposure to sustainability initiatives, and cross‑functional teamwork across operations, maintenance, reliability, and automation teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University.
• Sophomore/Junior/Senior or recent Graduate.
• Interested in gaining hands‑on industry experience.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a project focused on quality, process improvement, or customer centricity, with guidance from Process Engineers
• Support Process Engineers in cross‑functional improvement projects
• Learn about sustainability, quality, customer satisfaction and implement knowledge in operations
• Work in multi‑functional groups to support engineering, maintenance, reliability, and automation.
