Job summary

Novelis in Warren, OH invites a Process Engineering Intern for a 12-week on-site internship this summer 2027. You will work with Process Engineers on projects centered on quality, customer centricity, and process improvements, reporting to the Process Leader.

The role offers hands-on industry experience, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to sustainability and operations support within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University.
• Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a project focused on quality, process improvement, or customer centricity; collaborate with Process Engineers.
• Support Process Engineers in cross-functional improvement projects.
• Learn about sustainability, quality, customer satisfaction and share knowledge with operations.
• Work in multi-functional groups to support engineering, maintenance, reliability, and automation.
