• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Interest in healthcare quality, population health, and provider performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, clinical, and quality performance data for primary care provider groups.
• Assist with development of provider performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities for improving member outcomes and provider performance.
• Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support provider outreach initiatives through analysis of care gap and member engagement data.
• Collaborate with Population Health staff on quality improvement projects.
• Research industry best practices and emerging population health trends.
