Job summary

Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Population Health Analytics Graduate Internship to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare, data analytics, and population health strategy.

As a member of the Population Health Strategy Analytics team, you will work with large-scale datasets, develop actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives that improve health outcomes and value-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Epidemiology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day analytics support and reporting.
• Analyze healthcare and population health data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives with cross-team collaboration.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and present findings to inform actions.
