Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in Public Health, Health Informatics, or Healthcare Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Experience with Excel, pivot tables, and data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on population health projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, clinical and quality data for primary care groups.
• Develop provider performance reports, dashboards and scorecards.
• Conduct trend analyses to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Create visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support outreach initiatives through care-gap and engagement analysis.
• Collaborate on special projects with Population Health staff.
