Wilton Re’s Norwalk, CT-based Operations Internship for Summer 2027 offers a 10–12 week program with hands-on project work and exposure to senior leaders. Interns will contribute to real Wilton Re projects, support process documentation, and participate in community outreach and professional development sessions.

The role requires a rising junior or senior pursuing a 4-year bachelor's degree, with full-time availability from early June through mid-August and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from start to finish, applying problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Develop and maintain the project plan and action items tracker.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow up items.
• Conduct analysis on assigned topics using Excel and SQL to identify trends and insights.
• Support process documentation cleanup and ensure procedures are consistent.
