Wilton Re Ltd. is seeking an IT Operations Intern for the 2027 summer program in Norwalk, CT. The internship runs 10–12 weeks, offering hands-on experience with IT processes, governance, and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work on Power BI dashboards, documentation, and risk/gov initiatives while collaborating with professionals and mentors to develop technical and business acumen. Hybrid work with in-office and remote components is available.

Competenze

• Rising junior or senior preferred.
• Attending a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work full time starting early June through mid-August.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Inventory and document IT processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Support documentation of critical business processes and technology dependencies.
• Organize SharePoint and Teams content repositories.
• Document workflow owners, dependencies, and support contacts.
• Assist with automation governance reporting and Power BI dashboard maintenance.
• Build reports related to SDMT capacity, sprint metrics, ticket trends, and project status.
