Job summary

Standard Meat's Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience in our Dallas‑Fort Worth facilities (Dallas, Fort Worth, Saginaw, Ponder). Interns will work daily to understand process flow and production capabilities, and participate in meaningful projects across Research & Development, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Production and Operations, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain.

We seek motivated self‑starters who can work independently, with excellent time management and multitasking

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree in Animal, Meat or Food Science
• Prior meat handling or processing experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Work daily in processing facilities to understand process flow and production capabilities
• Participate in meaningful projects across R&D, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Production & Operations, Engineering, IT and Supply Chain
