Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a K-4 CPS SOARS! Summer Math Coach/Interventionist to support teachers and students in math during the CPS SOARS! program at Morse Elementary School in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• Ability to support educators and teach students with a range of learning needs in multi-age classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Observe math instruction and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers to strengthen practice aligned to Illustrative Mathematics and Math Camp curricula.
• Provide targeted small-group intervention based on assessment data and student need.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and document interventions in Branching Minds.
• Partner with teachers to ensure alignment between core instruction and intervention.
