Open to current juniors graduating May 2028 with a passion for marketing and sales, you’ll explore digital marketing, customer engagement tracking, and campaign performance measurement while learning how marketing drives

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement.
• Curiosity about how the customer journey informs and shapes marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Learn how modern marketing performs as a revenue center vs a service center.
• Work with marketing professionals and help develop campaigns aligned to the sales cycle.
• Gain practice with marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results.
• Learn Guardian’s purpose, values, and product/service offerings.
• Build a network with interns and colleagues across the organization.
