Job summary

Guardian is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program as a paid 10-week learning experience across its offices in New York, Boston, and Bethlehem. You will gain invaluable industry knowledge through daily business interactions and projects that affect the company, while engaging with senior leaders in collaborative settings.

You will partner with leaders across Operations, Claims, Service and Transformation, analyze data with SQL, Python, Co-Pilot and Claude, and develop executive presentations

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Operations, Claims, Service and Transformation to support initiatives.
• Analyze operational and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement with SQL, Python, Co-Pilot and Claude.
• Assist in developing executive presentations, business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Develop learning and development plans for newly implemented improvements to the colleague’s experience.
• Learn Guardian’s purpose, values, and product/service offerings and build a broad internal network.
