Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May-August 2027).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assessing critical assembly areas to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing process readiness, safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Documenting current-state processes and mapping assembly workflows.
• Evaluating tooling, fixturing, work instructions, and operator resources.
• Developing a prioritized gap analysis.
• Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Production teams to recommend standard work improvements.
• Creating an action roadmap to support consistent, accurate, and efficient production.
