Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university during May–Aug 2027.
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess critical assembly areas and identify opportunities to improve process readiness, safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Document current-state processes and map assembly workflows; evaluate tooling, fixturing, and operator resources; develop a prioritized gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality and Production to recommend standard work improvements and create an action roadmap.
