Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Wilmington, MA is offering a 10 to 12-week internship focused on supporting the launch of a new manufacturing process. You will collaborate with Application and Process Engineers to identify and solve process-related challenges and contribute to process improvements and documentation development.

During the internship you will assist with fixture design and commissioning activities, develop relevant documentation, and gain broad exposure to Hubbell’s business.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May-August 2027).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the launch of a new manufacturing process by working with Application and Process Engineers.
• Identify and solve process-related challenges through process improvements, documentation development, and commissioning activities.
• Develop documentation and fixture design for the new process and contribute to project work in a team environment.
• Deliver a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
