Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is offering a 10 to 12-week internship focused on additive manufacturing, process development, and continuous improvement. You will work on evaluating manufacturing processes, addressing bottlenecks, and supporting new systems commissioning while collaborating with engineers and technicians to scale innovative operations.

Interns must be enrolled full-time in a relevant degree program (May–August 2027) with at least a 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

  • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May–August 2027).
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the internship (required).
  • GPA 3.0 or higher (required).
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing and manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and address production bottlenecks.
  • Support commissioning of new manufacturing systems and scale operations.
  • Assist with production, post-processing, shipping, and quality activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to advance manufacturing initiatives.
  • Deliver a presentation to local management at program end.
