Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May-August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Strong interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing operational data and supporting HMS Bronze/Silver certification efforts.
• Facilitating kaizen events and supporting 5S and visual management programs.
• Maintaining standard work documentation and tracking certification actions.
• Assisting with continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and waste reduction.
• Supporting P&P and Utility Riser departments in sustaining HMS practices.
