Job summary

Casago, operating Vacasa properties, seeks a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to service multiple vacation homes. You will perform general maintenance, troubleshoot appliances, and ensure homes are guest-ready with HVAC, plumbing, and other systems functioning properly.

The role requires travel between worksites in the local market, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Training is provided; schedule varies with business needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic repair knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile apps and digital systems.
• Strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks at multiple vacation homes daily.
• Repair and maintain appliances, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, and other fixtures.
• Respond to guest issues related to maintenance and troubleshoot problems.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with property owners and third-party vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and participate in on-call coverage.
