Job summary

Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service our portfolio of vacation rental homes in the Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas area.

You will troubleshoot HVAC units, patch drywall, and perform general repairs while traveling between properties and responding to after-hours emergencies. Qualified candidates have experience in maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or property management.
• Working knowledge of home systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple vacation rental properties to complete repair and maintenance tasks.
• Address guest-reported issues quickly and professionally.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance service, and basic carpentry.
• Assist with painting, drywall patching, and general upkeep.
• Maintain exterior areas including basic landscaping, trash removal, and light groundskeeping.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Use internal work order systems to track assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with coworkers and management to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
