Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure all units and buildings are in optimal condition for guests. You will perform general maintenance, respond to service requests, and help make-ready spaces to deliver high-quality vacation experiences.

You bring basic handyman skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently or with a team to support our hospitality mission and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality.
• Handle make-ready tasks and repairs as directed (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry as needed.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and trash removal.
• Identify building system deficiencies and report them to supervision; follow safety programs.
