Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) invites talented law students and recent graduates to express interest in Law Clerk opportunities across multiple offices. The program offers real litigation experience, professional mentorship, and meaningful exposure to the practice of law.

This position follows a hybrid/on-site schedule. Law clerks work with seasoned litigators from day one, handling substantive research and drafting, discovery support, and trial preparation.

Formación

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands‑on legal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
