The ideal candidate is a rising 3L from an ABA-accredited law school with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. This position offers hands-on legal experience, competitive hourly compensation, and potential pathways to post-graduate positions.

Qualifications

• Students must be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
• A GPA of 3.0 or above is required, with a preference for those in the top 35% of their class.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated legal research and writing skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on liability and coverage issues.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions under attorney supervision.
• Assist with case investigations and attend legal proceedings.
