Pond Lehocky Giordano is seeking dedicated law students for its 2027 Summer Law Clerk Program. This full‑time summer role offers practical, hands-on experience across our offices, with guidance from experienced attorneys and exposure to diverse workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability work.

As a Summer Law Clerk you will research, draft legal documents, review records, and observe court proceedings.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.
• Strong interest in workers' compensation or Social Security Disability.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills; detail-oriented and independent.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Assist attorneys in drafting briefs, statements, and motions.
• Prepare summaries of evidentiary records for briefs.
• Review materials (medical records, documents) for depositions.
• Communicate with clients and assist with meetings.
