Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP is seeking motivated law students for their Summer Law Clerk Program. Participants will work closely with experienced litigators on insurance defense matters, gaining real courtroom exposure and mentorship.

This program provides clerks with substantive legal work, the opportunity to draft legal documents, participate in trials, and collaborate on case strategies, all while enhancing their legal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Rising 3L preferred.
• Top 35% of class preferred.
• Genuine interest in civil litigation and workers' compensation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions.
• Assist with case investigation.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare deposition outlines and trial exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy.
