Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern for the Global Quality Management System to support upgrade programs and deployment of digital quality tools. The role provides hands-on exposure to quality system governance, digital transformation, change management, and user adoption analytics in a global manufacturing setting.

You will help deliver project metrics, adoption insights, and high-quality documentation while contributing to improvements across quality processes and digital solutions

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergrad or grad program.
• Pursuing a degree in Quality Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work globally.

Responsibilities

• Support project management, data analytics, and change management activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report digital quality tool adoption metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor user adoption and training effectiveness.
• Assist in training material creation and communication campaigns for digital quality systems.
• Coordinate global rollout activities and maintain status reporting.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT, and site representatives to support deployment and adoption.
