Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT audit, cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and governance activities across Highmark Health and subsidiaries.
• Evaluate controls protecting organizational assets and sensitive information.
• Assist with system implementation reviews, project management controls, and audit methodologies.
• Support day-to-day audit activities, research, and documentation of results.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to HIPAA compliance and regulated environments.
