PACCAR PARTS in Renton, WA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for Summer 2027. You will partner with Hiring Managers to manage recruiting activities, support intern events, and help with program logistics.

Using AI tools, you will draft communications and improve processes while maintaining accurate candidate data in SuccessFactors. This internship offers hands-on learning, exposure to full-cycle recruiting, and opportunities to network with HR and business leaders.

Support the Summer Internship Program by assisting with intern events, engagement activities, networking opportunities, communications, and program logistics.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to support recruiting activities, including drafting candidate outreach communications, creating job description content, and improving process efficiency.
Own job requisition creation, updates, and closures within the applicant tracking system.
Review and evaluate resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and assess alignment with role requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between Hiring Managers, Candidates, and HR stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within SuccessFactors.
Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.

Wage Scale or Salary Range

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:

Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
