PACCAR Parts is offering an Operations Support Engineering summer internship at our Renton, WA distribution center. You will work with industry professionals, managers, and senior managers to support multiple departmental projects.

Gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and build mentoring relationships while contributing to ongoing operations initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Operations Support Engineering summer internship opening at our PACCAR Parts Distribution Center in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with industry professionals, gaining exposure and experience in multiple departmental projects.

• Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
• Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
• Develop mentoring relationships with industry leaders
• Gain valuable hands-on experience

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Support improvements under the guidance of the Operations Innovation Project Manager
• Identify requirements and execute action plans for on-going projects
• Research and develop innovative hardware and leading-edge technologies to support PDC operations.

• Support Distribution Center focused systems and projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

This internship is for students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing preferred.

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:

• Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
• Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
• Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
