Responsibilities

• Following MDIs and Standard Work Instructions, performs analytical duties to determine material requirements and approve demand/supply.
• Determines MRP policies and maintains inputs for material ordering and control.
• Releases replenishments and drives requirements through the MRP system.
• Uses bills of materials, master schedules, production schedules and forecasts to ensure on-time supply.
• Reviews engineering changes and planning information for production orders as required.
• Analyzes shortage information to determine cause and apply corrective actions; coordinates with multiple teams.
