Job summary

SMS group in Pittsburgh, PA offers a 12-week internship (late May – early August) paid hourly. You’ll own a real project with a dedicated lead and 1:1 mentor, and rotate through cross-functional Discovery Sessions with Engineering, Ops, Finance, and Safety.

• Comfortable owning your work and collaborating across a team.

Responsibilities

• Own a real project in your department, backed by a dedicated Department Lead and a 1:1 mentor.
• Explore the whole company through weekly cross-functional Discovery Sessions with departments like Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Safety.
• Get out of the office for site tours, global networking, and team events.
• Cap the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership at the August Capstone.
