Job summary

SMS group is inviting students for a 12-week, full-time internship in Pittsburgh, PA, with paid hourly compensation. You will own a real project, guided by a department lead and a mentor, and rotate through Discovery Sessions across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Safety.

Site tours, networking events, and a final Capstone presentation to SMS leadership cap off the program. Open to current students in engineering, technical, or business fields who show initiative and teamwork.

Join a structured, cohort-based internship in the world of metals. You'll own real work inside your department and move through the business as part of a full intern class - finishing the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership.

The basics
