Job summary

WSFS Bank is offering a 10-week Summer Internship Program for college students to gain hands-on experience across bank departments and real business initiatives.

Interns will receive mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development, with opportunities to present on projects and collaborate with peers. The program emphasizes learning, networking, and potential post‑program employment within WSFS Bank.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business‑related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in‑person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on‑site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full‑time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid‑August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to learning and development initiatives for frontline teams.
• Assist with communications, change management, and performance initiatives.
• Participate in projects, research, or operational activities within assigned business area for Senior Leaders.
• Build connections through mentorship and collaboration with peers and professionals.
• Engage leaders across the organization through networking events and discussions.
