Job summary

WSFS Bank invites college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program, a paid 10-week experience. Interns support the Enterprise Project Management Office with project coordination, documentation, and process improvements, while gaining exposure to portfolio management and cross‑functional collaboration.

The program offers mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Enrolled in an undergraduate program with plans to return after internship.
• Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
• Able to participate full-time (40 hours/week) from June to mid-August.
• In-person and virtual interviews available.
• In-person orientation with Human Resources required.
• On-site availability up to 5 days/week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Project Management Office with project coordination, documentation, status reporting and process improvements.
• Prepare project updates and stakeholder presentations; maintain project documentation.
• Assist with efforts to improve project execution efficiency across initiatives.
• Gain exposure to portfolio management and other functions within Technology & Operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and participate in mentorship and networking activities.
